Looks good Soren, I can't draw for toffee.

Just a thought-did pipers play the Black Watch into battle at Passchendaele in 1917? By then gas was obviously a factor. They certainly played them into action at High Wood in 1916. Someone with 'mair ken' than I will be able to confirm.

Great work by the way

Cheers Mike

Edit-9/5/1915 Aubers Ridge From Wauchope's History 1st Bn Black Watch " The Companies advanced to the sound of the pipes-for the last time-since gas helmets were soon to muffle the pipes "

The 1/6th Bn pipers played them into action at High Wood 30/7/1916 not sure when last dates of any other battalions?

I don't think Soren has access to this forum anymore.  Try contacting him via his website here: http://www.passchendaeleprints.com/  I have a couple of his prints and he has also done me a couple of originals with which I have been very pleased.
