Hi,
I am thinking over this two pics.
The first is from Malte Znaniecki and is taken short time before the the battle of Arras started. It give us an impression of "Villa Barbara" headquarters of IR 163. This regiment fought on 9th april 1917 in and northern of Neuville-Vitasse.
The other one is from Walking Arras of John Reed. Taken when Monchy was in British hands perhaps one week later. This white house is it "Villa Barbara" again?
Here the damaged house
