The above Russian language and Russian generated web site reproduces in entirety and online for free the major war time publication  "Voennie Letopis" or "War Notes..."  Petrograd: 1914 to 1917 Issues Nr. # 1 - # 132.

This availability like other recent Russian internet materials will clearly stimulate further indeptch research especially into the local and regional impacts of the war.
