Hello everyone,
my name is Jessica Davis, I'm 18 from Australia. I'm brand new to the forum
I have been researching 3 of my great-grandfathers during WW1 with great interest and I stumbled upon this wonderful forum.
I have particularly had a difficult time tracing one of them, Pte.  Stanley Francis Davis - 3751, only because he was taken prisoner in 1916  in Fleurbaix and taken to Friedrichsfeld.
I have been desperately trying to find out what it was like there, and where it is etc.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh Thank You so kindly,
I have traced his battalion diary up until the day he was captured, and he remained there until he was liberated, sent to England and then finally was able to return home to Australia in 1919
