Hi All

I went to the meeting last night and it was very interesting, a good venue and a outstanding speaker!

Leicestershire and Rutland will be a great success and i like tthe idea of Tigers being in the name.

Many thanks John for all your hard work

Hi chums,

Well so we have launched another WFA branch and the Leicester Tigers seem to be off to a great start! There was a decent turnout of nearly fifty and everything was brilliantly organised by the new committee led by John Sutton and Nigel Atter - who are clearly both sex gods! They even bought me a couple of pints so I love them like brothers! I had a look at the speakers list for the next year and with a couple of glaring exceptions (Hello Bryn!) all the speakers are top-notch! The only way is up!

Annoyed that I failed to make it. (Something cropped up at the last minute which meant I couldn't really get there until it was all over). A pity. But good luck to the branch, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Were you doing one of you knockabout comedy talks, Pete, or something unusually serious?
