The whole piccie would help to put it in some context! Is it a British soldier or American. It does not leap out as a Brit Div patch I know of! Is it an officer.

Closest re stars are 47th Div or 11 corps?

Regards

TT

Bringing this up again. 1st Bn Royal Scots Fusilers had a scheme of geometric shapes to indicate companies and H/Q's Company wore a red 8 pointed star.
Hope this helps
