Hello all.
  I don't know how the forum deals with this subject as it never seems to be a topic when i'm on the lookout for it. What i need to know is, are there any events in the northwest this summer that i can take my Grand children who will be nearly 7 and 9... they always add a bit . As my Daughter has said, books and films are a great insight, but to see a uniform from WWI and equipment in real display would be great for them.

The reenactment groups often have their own websites which often have calender events shown, they are interesting to visit them for the photographs as well. I am sure that someone will probably be able to assist you on this forum.                                           khaki

It's a subject untill asked, i had not thought about. Do they have a event calender?

As it goes'' is there more than one?

Also..over the next couple of years look out for a new group, 'D' Troop the Lancashire Hussars. A very new group just starting out this year and hoping to begin mounted displays in 2013 and play major roles in 2014.
