I was putting some of my collection out this morning and came across this.

British Legion Lapel Badge

Silver lion on reverse it has A 505356.

Is it WW1 and can I trace who's it is?

It won't be WW1 as the RBL was founded in 1921.
It might be worth contacting the RBL http://www.britishle...ries/legionline
If you're lucky, they may be able to do some detective work, but obviously it won't be a priority, so see what other Pals come up with

Thank you. I was thinking about contacting the RBL,that was my next step depending on the response from the forum.
I knew it might have been issued the same time as the medal entitlement early 1920's
