Sorry Graeme, I only have my local Cemeteries. Have you tried BWG? They have a large selection of British graves on the site, you just have to fill in an application for what you want, and they will get back to you. Very helpful guy's. Regards Sean

Armyaviation, thanks for the heads up on Romford. I might look at expanding my collection soon, but at present every spare moment is spent trying to complete my memorial research. I have considerd taking on Barking cemetery also, as no one seems to have that. One day!! Good to see another Essex boy on here, enjoy the ride  cheers Sean

Are you a Hornchurch man then AA? The Hornchurch branch of the British Legion apparently have some good records and one of their members, who I expect to be in contact with soon regarding the Rainham memorial, may be a source for such a photo. Will keep in mind if/when I make contact.

Regards
Sean.

I never knew there were so many locals on here! Sean do you know if one of the CWGs was to a Davey? He died in 1920 but as a direct result of War service. He is supposed to be in the Crow lane cemetery, and i even had the plot number, but when i went over there i couldn't find him.

Hi David, the only Davey photo that I have for Romford is WW2. Im certain that I have all the CWG headstones there, but, from memory there are 117? listed. The chances are that your Davey is buried in a private grave with no CWG headstone. Do you have a plot map for Romford, as it will help in narrowing down the area in which he is buried.
Regards
Sean
