Looking forward to this meeeting.....

The next meeting of the Sussex Branch of the Western Front Association is on Friday 13th April 2012 commencing at 7.30pm.
The meeting will be held at our regular venue, the 1st Floor Lecture Room at Lewes Town Hall (Fisher St. entrance, lift available). Anyone with an interest in the Great War is welcome, it is not necessary to be a member of the WFA. We do however ask everybody who attends for a donation of £3 to cover our expenses.

The speaker for the evening will be our very own chairman Andy Tonge and his subject is “The Legacy of the Titanic in the Great War”. As the meeting is within 1 day of the exact 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, Andy intends to talk about what happened to the Titanic’s sister ships with a few twists and turns and even the story of a priest!
