Hello all long time no see

I tried to find out as much as i could about Pte H Bland 271 + 354123 RAMC some time ago he was Gazetted 12th june 1918, as usual the citation is not known and i was hoping that a pal that live in manchester could have a look in the local papers i think the libary in question was going through some renovation i wonder if thats now completed any help or advice greatly recieved
