Good afternoon,

Talking with friends at this year's GWF Conference I mentioned that I thought I'd seen an advert for a one-day WFA conference, also at the Tally-Ho Club. I couldn't remember the details and ended up been convinced I was geeting confused with the Gallipoli Association meeting. I wasn't as the advert appears again in this month's "Stand To" !

"A World At War: A Centenary Review", chaired by Peter Simkins, with speakers including John Bourne, Bob Bushaway, Rob Thompson and William Philpott.

Sounds like a good autumnal day out and who said imitation is the sincerest form of flattery !

Do you happen to know if this is only open to WFA members?

In the advert it just says that further details to be announced in the next "Bulletin" and on the WFA website. I suspect that it will be open to all.
