I have a Coast Watching Report, which refers to a suspicious vessel being spotted off Arran on 4th May 1917.
Another report is of the sound of a motor engine being heard on the night of 15th April 1918. Does anybody Know of U-boats operating in the Firth of Clyde on these dates?
