Can anyone tell me if the ships' logs or Captain's Reports from the Australian or British numbered merchant ships involved in the Gallipoli Landings on 25/26 April exist, and if so, at what archive they might be located at in the UK.

ADM137/40/1 is at the National Archives at Kew. Not specifically what you ask for but an account of operations carried out on 25/26 April 1915 for the MEF landings on the Gallipoli Peninsula. It may contain an overview from which you might get to develop what you need.
File 40/2 has data and orders for the landings and 40/3 and 40/4 in the sequence also contain reports on operations from RN sources.
None of this is yet accessible by digital means.
Vessel names/numbers posted here might also be checked to see if there are any NA catalogue items relevant.
