Capt L L Buckland was at some time in the Indian Army and then transfered to the RFC and was posted in 1916 to Filton as station Adj, attached 66 Sqn RFC. He did not serve for long in the RFC and is listed again in the November Army List as still serving with the IA. There is no WO339 for him and no AIR76.

I am trying to find what his full name was he is listed in Army list in 1918 as Capt LL Buckland IA buut I still cannot find a list with his full neme etc, can anyone help?

His MIC shows the name to be Lionel Lindsay Buckland, Indian army.

I think that it is Lionel Lindsay Buckland.   25th Cav. I.A. and 5/Nigeria Regt according to his MIC.
