To help narrow things down, It is my understanding that when the Foot Guards adopted Khaki service dress Lance Corporals wore two stripes, Corporals wore thre stripes and were called 'Lance Sergeants'  Sergeants in the Grenadiers had the grenade device above their stripes. In other Foot guards just make sure you got know your Sergeants and Corporals by sight!

To help narrow things down it is my understanding that when the Foot Guards adopted Khaki service dress Lance corporals wore two stripes, full corporals wore three stripes and were known as Lance Sergeants.  the man in the centre with one stripe eliminates him from the foot guards.

Forgive me Joe, I can't see the point you are trying to illustrate with this picture. Simply looks like a Cameronian with appropriate buttons to me.

Thank you Andrew, it was the lack of Hospital context that made me query but you have certainly made a point I skipped.
