I am researching a man who served in the Great War who, at the time of his marriage in November 1911, was a corporal, living at the Warley Barracks, Brentwood, Essex.

I know that he was serving in the Queen's (Royal West Surrey) Regt. at that time.

Can anyone tell me which battalion, if any, of the Queen's was stationed there at that time? It would be a great help in tracing his service details if I could pin down which battalion he served with.
