Is there a Roll of Honour for this school, and does anyone have a copy of it?

Could someone kindly provide a copy of the obituary entry relating to Capt A H Hamilton of 13th Royal Irish Rifles in the Roll. He died on 04/11/1916 and is buried at Belfast City Cemetery.
