This is my first post, hope I am in the correct section. I am trying to find a web page that was previously on the internet but can no longer find. page available approx 18 months ago. was a roll of honour for ww1 dead from Luddenden Foot yorkshire. Roll of Honour .com. cannot trace it.....unsure if indeedit was connected to this .com page....however similar page for village close by for Midgley and Luddenden.......this site mentions a rob hamilton who researched those papers but some had been removed. Have searched archives to no avail, contacted other links without success, hopeing to find info or pointers in any direction to relocate the page. Info I have is not much to pass on to anyone, but the page had names, age, parents name and address, places where they were employed, worshiped, and organizations the were in such as boys brigade.etc.....hope this helps and thank you for any info you can give or suggestions.

Rob is a Forum member, although I don't think he visits too often these days (and he seems to have taken down his Calderdale War Memorials website). If you click on "members" above, you'll be able to search for him and , if he has activated the facility, be able to send him an email.

Michelle Young
You will need 10 posts to be able to access certain things like sending messages to members- that is probably why you are having this problem.
Cheers, Michelle

Born and raised in Foot, have photo of memorial, come to the conclusion that Ron Hamilton is my last hope of finding the page or the info it contained.....but not able to access the members list, pity if this site is lost,my Uncle was listed on info.. Thomas Murty,,, the war records made an error in the spelling of the name, much to the annoyance of family members so I was told........If you or anyoneelse has the privalige to enter members list to contact Mr Hamilton it would be much appreciated..the site info was of interest to several friends of mine from the area when I mentioned this info when visiting this summer, hence the desire to find it again...........thanks
