The birth date and family is difficult to tie down with such a common name and the only marriage that I can find is with Edith Ladkin in 1912 at West Bromwich.

Any pointers welcome.

1891 and 1901 Census he is residing in Tile Hill Lane, Stoneleigh with his grandparents Edward and Mary A Clarke. He was born Stoneleigh, Warwks.

He married Edith Bessie Gwinnett in 1903 Mansfield RD

At the time of 1911 Census they were living in Coventry probably had children but you would need to download the sheet to check.

A son Albert J Clarke was born 1912 Coventry

Edith Bessie Clarke died in 1917 aged 34 years Coventry RD.
