There is no additional CWGC information. I can pin him down to a birth registered in the Hastings District in September 1893 but I cannot get a fix on his parents and siblings.

This chap matches the birth record:

1911 Census
19(?) Shepherd St, St Leonard's, Hastings, Sussex
FIELD Herbert, Head, 41, Poulterer's Assistant (Herbert James b Q3 1869)
FIELD Ellen, Wife, 41, married 21 years
FIELD Herbert, Son, 20, Milk Carrier (birth reg. not found)
FIELD Percy, Son, 17, Bookseller's Errand Boy (Percy Frederick b Q3 1893)
FIELD Charles, Son, 15, Hairdresser's Errand Boy (Charles Leonard b Q2 1896)
+ 2 boarders
all born St Leonard's
Parents: Herbert James FIELD married Ellen BISHOP in Hastings district Q3 1891.

Can't find him in 1901, or his dad in 1891!

There is a service record for Charles Leonard FIELD, father Herbert then of 68 Church Rd, St Leonards, but confusing series of postings! (29/Mdx, Depot/Royal Fus, 29/Mdx again, Suffolk, Northants 45411 & Labour Corps 86582). Haven't read it all - but no mention of siblings.
