I know I asked before but cannot find my notes of the recommendations.
Who is the best person to invite to give a talk in Glasgow on the history of the 36th (Ulster) Division.

Noel Kane of the Somme Association has a vast knowledge of the Ulster Division.
Is there any Battalion or Battles in Question? or is it a general talk on the Ulster Division.
There is other Forum members who I would guess do an equally good talk. Names such as Desmond, Tommy and makinbelfast to name a few.
I used to do general talks on the Ulster Division on the Battle of the Somme and Messiness.

Phil

It is just a general talk on the raising of the battalion prior to the outbreak of the war and their role in the Great War. We will be able to meet travel and accommodation costs if required.

Was there any Battalion in General or just a general round up?

Why don't you wait until summer is over and get Ted and Phoebe over for a weekend

Would be great if this was possible Kevin but we are an old group which has recently been reformed and funds are limited at the moment.
