Hello all. From the files at the Command and General Staff School,Fort Leavenworth, two students papers on ,it seems, on the same subject.One is dated 1932,the second 1933, so maybe it would be good to have a look at both....

Interesting reading and quite scathing of MacLagan, Bridges and Birdwood. For Australians in WW1 there are few more powerful "what ifs" than MacLagan not advancing in force on the 25th April 1915. He could have, he didn't and the rest is history.
