Is the American D.S.M the only American medal that Allied troops were elligible to receive?

I did find a Distinguished Service Cross to an Australian Machine Gunner in 1918 (the only American award I've seen to a Machine Gunner thus far). The DSM tends to go to senior officers in any event.
