Using this thread as the starting point is think it is time to review what evidence there is for each case to be submitted through IFCP

I agree Chris.

From reading that thread, I'm unsure who is commemorated.

IFCP may have picked up some home deaths when we did ODGW and we should get the overseas ones when we check the GRO officers list. But we might as well get on with what's in that thrad if we can.

Re Reverend Richard Ussher Greer - he was Chaplain to 8th Bn Royal Irish Rifles at the time of his death - they were based at Ballykinler at the time of his death - so we are looking for an Irish DC ref

This thread says that according to Kelly's Directory of Southampton 1914-15, Rev Silas William STEVENS was Chaplain of St Marys Workhouse, Southampton.
