Hi Guys

On 12th September 1917, HM S/M D7 attacked and sunk U 45; at 1455hrs D7 also spotted and carried out an abortive attack on a second U-boat -

Here I am hypocrite.gif

second boat was U 95 (Kptlt. Athalwin Prinz)

At 17:15h they sighted D 7's periscope 80 metres away in square 156 beta 4 and fired the gun at the periscope. They reported 3 torpedoes missing the boat.

D 7 in fact fired one torpedo and missed.
