My copy of this book is getting a little old now so I'm considering buying a new one (the "full" guide, not the pocket one).

Can anyone confirm if the most up-to-date version is the one with three buglers on the front, in front of the Menin Gate? It is the only one on sale at Amazon, but they claim the publication date is 1997.

I've just bought a copy at TNA (full price of £15.99 but it includes an excellent map) and yes, it has the 3 buglers on the front but the date is Spring 2008 6th edition. Even the edition from Pen and Sword - the publishers - is not as recent as this.

Tonie and Valmai's website (link below) shows it is the three LPA buglers that are shown on the latest edition.. I used this to get both the Somme and Ypres Salient Guides about this time last year.
