poppy.gif Between 18- 20 October 1914 my grandad with his mates in the 1st Battalion, Cheshire Regiment, were in action near Voilaines, attempting to take La Bassee.

The following brave lads were killed in action between 18th and 20th October - please spare a moment to honour their memory today:

18th Oct:
