Hello everyone,

Today I am remembering Pte George Sanford 8537 10th Bn Royal Warwickshire Regiment. He was 19 years old and is buried at Brown’s Road Military Cemetery, Festubert (Grave Ref I.G.4).

George was probably killed by a sniper, I include a photo of his grave and an extract of the War Diary below.
