Remembered today, with Gratitude.

2nd Lieut. Henry Malpas Tuck 21st Battalion, Middlesex Regiment, Attached to 26th (Bankers) Battalion, Royal Fusiliers.

Henry was born in Swinton, Lancashire in 1898, in the 1901 Census he is recorded as being 2 years old and living at 4, Wharf Road, Sale, Cheshire with his parents Selina Jane and James Henry Tuck a Foreign Correspondent.

Henry arrived in France on 27th May 1918, he was wounded during the Action of Ooteghem on 25th October and died aged just 20 the following day the 26th October 1918.

Moorseele, Convent of the Holy Family, was used as a hospital by both British and German forces and burials were carried out from October 18th - 30th 1918.

Henry is buried in the Military Cemetery at Moorseele, Belgium and is also remembered on Manchester Technical College Roll of Honour.
