Remembering today;

E. G. Tickner Private L/10566 2nd Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment). Died 6th November 1914, and is remembered with honour in the Ypres Reservoir Cemetery, Belgium.

Herbert G. Downing M.M. Second Lt. Royal Flying Corps 6th November 1917. Son of Richard and Lucy Downing of Broadfield, Gomshall. Remembered with honour on the Arras Flying Services Memorial, France. His brother Richard Downing also fell 11th May 1917.

Rest in peace gentlemen.
