I just obtained this dog tag. It belonged to Edwin (L.?) Winslow of the 96th Aero Squadron (bombardment). My question is this: is there any other information I can glean about this individual using the numbers that appear on this tag?

It is his service number if you request information from St. Louis you should include this number. Unfortunately most records were destroyed but you may get lucky.
