I have just done a search on CWGC website for Farrier Quarter Master Serjeant Frank S. Kennaugh. I had already seen details of his mic, SDGW entry, inclusion on War Memorial and 1901 census listing and therefore knew that he existed. When I entered F S Kennaugh into the CWGC search he did not come up; when I entered F Kennaugh into the search it gave me one name, Frederick Kennaugh and when I entered just the surname it came up with a list of names including Frank Stanley Kennaugh. I am wondering if this is a recent fault with the CWGC search facility ?

It is not an error of the system but a simple entry typo.

See the 'Initials' entered below. That is why your search using his initials of 'F' or 'F S' did not work.

I have reported the typo.
