Apparently there is a collection of around 240 letters in Welsh kept at the National Library of Wales written by an Idwal Jones who was with the Army Ordinance Corps especially when he was stationed in Eastern Africa. What would he have done there?

He enjoyed his time there as he escaped every sort of fighting! What was their role in Africa?
