A more local newspaper than The Times might have given details of the burial, but I do not know about Brondesbury and district.

Also remembered on the Polytechnic memorial at 309 Regent Street - the Poly Roll of Honour has hm as a despatch rider. There is an obit in the Polymag which I can dig out if you wish

Tracked it down - sadly not a full obituary: January 1915 Polytechnic Magazine page 4

"We regret to hear that one of old members Leonard Howell who had joined the Despatch Riders and was doing useful work on the East Coast was accidentally klled in a collision late at night on the 20th of November while carrying desspatches."

Sorry to disappoint. Any further info on Howell much appreciated
