If anyone wants a photograph of a War Grave, in either North Staffordshire or Gloucestershire please contact me and I will endeavour to take one for you. You must be aware that some stones have been removed for some reason or other and not all are possible to locate. You may also be lucky to find a private memorial to a fallen service person on a family headstone but he/she may not be buried in that grave. If I find a family gravestone with such details I will send that also, so that there at least is some record of the death.

I have, on file a lot of Gloucestershire and North Staffordshire war graves, other people may be willing to help out with other counties.

Please supply the name and location where the grave should be (and of course your email address).
When I have obtained the image, I will email to the address given.

That is a very kind offer which I should like to take you up on.

I would very much like a photo of BARNSLEY war memorial which is a small village just outside Cirencester. I have 2 members of my family on it - Both Herbert's.

As a token of my thanks, I am willing to extend my hand of friendship to you and the same offer to you for any Kent memorials or graves...
