could you lay a cross - france and belgium

In 2012 I set about the task of laying crosses on the graves of the 60 men named on Aldridge War Memorial. I was doing well (70% complete) but then our research led to the discovery of another 36 Aldridge men who are not recorded on our war memorial. Because of ill health we were not able to travel to the Western Front this year so I was hoping that if anyone is going to the cemeteries listed they might lay a cross which I would of course send to you. A photograph would be great but our main aim is to lay crosses on the graves/memorials. We hope to go back next year to do some ourselves but we do not think that we will get to any of these. The numbers before the names refers to page and cemetery number in the Commonwealth War Graves book. Any offers of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sue

Hi Dave

Below is the headstone of John Henry McKeone.

Sorry about the quality, his row is right at the back, under some trees. Hope it is good enough for your needs.

Regards

John
